We care about your skin hygiene

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives a completely fresh, untouched, and hygienic product. Once a package has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its hygiene for resale, and therefore cannot accept it back.
